German & American
|
Our new site represent decades of collecting German World War II helmets, and American helmets from World War II through the Vietnam conflict. There are additional military items as well.
When I was a boy the neighborhood's returning veterans would give their items so the kids could play army. In Detroit and many cities across this nation there were surplus stores where you could wander the isles and see tents, helmets, blankets, packs and barrels of bayonets. As you grow up you become aware that there was very little to admire in the Third Reich, except the dedication of the front line troops. Many close friends on both sides of the Wars had relationships that endured long after their terrible war experiences ended. So it is in that spirit we offer the collection. So check us out.
